Certain pages of the Site may provide links to KRONO-SAFE’s customers having a support services contract with KRONO-SAFE allowing them to use the support portal (“Customer Care Portal”) https://portal.krono-safe.support/ which use requires a login and password. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Support Portal, and the terms and conditions of the collection and processing of personal data in the Support Portal are dealt with in the contractual relationship with the customer and within the Support Portal itself.

Personal Data may be collected through forms made available in the Site including your name and salutation, job title, physical address, telephone number, email address, and other information provided in such forms such as the nature of your request (“Personal Data”). This Personal Data is collected for the purposes and the duration mentioned under such forms and for use of the KRONO-SAFE Recipients mentioned under such forms, as well as the period for which the personal data will be stored, or if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that.

The Site uses short duration cookies stored less than one day, which are set by our hosting service provider for handling load balancing on its servers and which are exclusively used for the technical operation of the Site.
